reps moderate weight trying to use all my quads to lift the weight and not using my

hips,less reps but i feel the pump on my quads,it feels better trying to master it on

leg workout,i didnt train for like 4 to 5 weeks,i really miss my leg training,when at hurt i feel the pain i loving it,haha thats alot of fun...will be going back to train on 07-02-2011

early on 2008 august of 10th i start bodybuilding nearly bout 2 years i went well and stil havnt gone pro on bodybuilding,it isnt about lifting weights and swing dumb bells around for the past years i been doing it so i knew some of mistake and i went wrong doing it,bodybuilding is not simple as you think,you need to eat right and get enough sleep dont over trained,

I'm still beginner,been training so long and i have gain alot of weight and size up,
early 2008 i was very thin and very few of weight its abnormal,thin and 46kg. been training all along i have gain alot the package im carrying now currently 62kg,

know your diet and get healthy and train like a monsterious,
its not about lifting heavy will gain muscle,i been doing it wrong for 6months,i eat little but training too much,and i felt why i cant grow and gain muscle mass,

things i have took alot of wrong i put in my stomach,now i knew abit what i should taking and dont,

i will post sooner or later my picture hehe,

Life is short things that you havnt get it yet you will feel miserable

Things that i wanted or the way i choose is troublesome cause the things isnt good the way it looks,

really wanna work my ass off for more money but i dont want to make myself trouble.

any suggestion that can work for 2 jobs can get rm200 or rm300 per day?

My dad scold me today he said:Jeff you working communication what you do earn?

experience and save money lor,

Dad:Save money you dont even have any money how come you work at that company can save money?

Me:ya business going really bad economic so bad recently i can do nothing about it,

Dad:change company and dont work for small company that cannot pay you salary all you can only advanced?why work for them?

Me:ya i know but as long i needed money they can give it,

Dad:dont be stupid how come company cant pay salary but only can advanced...

We been Argue for an hour about business and he think the boss cant be trusted...

i dont know all i know is keep going forward,if a boss looking up to you i should go for it and get promote...

i know im wrong dad the thing is i really didnt know what to do,as long the boss treated me good im ok with it...i dont know he will harm me or not, i hope he wont too...

Me:What should i do now?

Dad:quit the job immediately

during 31/12/2008 wanted to go for countdown but around 7pm to 8pm something come up

my mouth bengkak til now stil havnt recovered and if you are sick dont think of going clinic in time square is damn expensive and useless doctor wont work...

dont waste money...for the first time i go cost me rm60 the 2nd time cost me rm95 wtf

who would have so much money to go for the condition wasnt that so serious..told the doctor explain to doctor when he was thinking what situation i am in,i feel something,i really do think he is subconciously doctor i ever seen..

then i went to dentist..he said is because your teeth problem so will affected the
bengkak so will give me medicine til swelling is gone and need to pluck my teeth..

it cost me rm35...currently stil in sick conditition...haiz what a bad luck

So happen on this month,i always have possitive minded sometimes,what if i dont go out
enjoy?prefer staying at hostel watch drama or watch television or hangout with old friends
whether is fun or bored....i choose the staying at hostel it makes me weird everyone at hostel watch drama and i walk around doing nothing and try to search for some drama so wont put myself into so bored situation,but cant found any drama i like and just walk around in hostel wanna look for someone have a chit chat or go out for a drink somewhere nearby,finally nothing just watch television alone haizzz...i made up my mind the other day
so i hangout with a saloon guy,we go out for a drink talk about stuffs like work and games stuff's,hangout for few days enjoy playing PERFECT WORLD CHINESE VERSION with the saloon guy,but quite boring for me cause i retired playing PERFECT WORLD,i did thought bout playing PERFECT WORLD ENGLISH VERSION so i can have some new friends,finally just still playing in chinese version...what a boring life it could be,the bad things is i didnt sleep well lately cause i having a tooth pain pass few days so as now,depavali look for clinic and teeth specialist even are closed too... its pain and feel wanna bang myself to the wall,but everything work out so balance sometimes you had nice day sometimes you had bad day... that's Life.

The Innocent of 4 of us...one day i were working in petaling street as a part time

job selling T-shirt's then a unknown person came by stading infront of the middle of

our friends shop he is mentally hanging a few signboard on himself wrote by him i think..

its said someday LRT will be underground and split infront of our customers and

other two signboard i totally forgot BUT he disturbing our company sales made our

customer's all run away so we have the right to ask him go other places my friend

were kindly ask him but he said the road isnt our we dont have the right the ask him

go other place and our supervisor was very angry cause the boss scold him ask the

fellow go away our supervisor get scold and he was very very angry ask him to leave

again but our supervisor was scold him very loudly,so the mental guy scold him back

i go report the police,my friend replying him you go report lah i dont care,

the mental guy really go report so we get caught by the police man,i didnt do

anything wrong i was just doing my sales and 4 of us did not scold him and did not

do anything wrong we telling the police man why we have to be caught?

the police man dont even care bout anything and didnt answer us...and during in

lockup we ask the policeman what we do wrong and what is the charge he said we beat

him up and force him to buy things...WTF we didnt do anything how come we get charge like that...

we been lockup almost bout 3 weeks but our supervisor did contact our parents and help us...

Our supervisor trying to help us explain the whole thing to the

police man...

cant help too...so we went to court and charge us sesyen 506 k.k i dont really know how to explain...

so now we have to find our laywer by ourselfs...there are 4 of us and other 2 guys thier boss help him everything to settle it..i ask our comapany help as well but they wont help unless we go back to work for them our parents wont allow us to go back to work for them....and we have to pay ourselfs RM6000 for each person to the laywer fees...

WTF is this malaysia....none wrong have to pay 6k.... IM DAMN FUCKING INNOCENT WTF

WTF WITH THE LAWS....SOLVE THE THINGS OUT B4 YOU CHARGE US...6K IS NOT EASY TO FIND

WASTING OUR TIME BY WORKING SO DAMN HARD...im so sorry being so rude this is the things happen to me i just want to letting you guys know becareful outside and sometimes they dont do shit....
